How to Use:
1. Tie the blood flow bands to your arm or thigh, and adjust the tightness to a comfortable level.
2. Connect the inflation hole of the barometer to the air inlet hole on the bands.
3. Hold the barometer to inflate and adjust. for example at 180 mmHg.
4. Remove the barometer (Press the metal button and pull it out), Then start training.
